Secrets Unsealed wants you to be satisfied with our products.

You may return new, unopened items sold by Secrets Unsealed, to Secrets Unsealed at its place of business, within 30 days of delivery, for a partial or full refund.  Your return must be clearly marked with an RMA#.  To obtain your Return Authorization Number (RMA#) please call us at 559-264-2300 or 888-REV-1412 (888-738-1412).  Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

All sales and/or monthly specials are final, and may not be returned or refunded.  MP3s may not be returned unless proven  to be defective.  If an item is defective, please call us within 30-days of delivery for further instructions.

We do not sell customer information to others. We share customer information only as described below.

Third-Party Service Providers: We may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, including fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, processing credit card payments, and providing technical support. They may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but are not authorized to use it for other purposes.
   
Protection of Account Information: We may release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Secrets Unsealed, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions:  If you choose to visit Secrets Unsealed, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and our Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the state of California.
