As of January 19th we have received $509,882.95 in designated donations towards our building fund.  We can now enter escrow, clear title, and become "owners" of our new facility.  In addition, the Lord worked it out for us to negotiate a lower purchasing price of $675,000 instead of $700,000 as originally offered.  So now we only need $165,117.05 before we can "take possession" of the property.  With God's help, your prayers, and your sacrificial contributions towards this project, together, we can accomplish this tremendous goal.
